खटीमा। उप जिला चिकित्सालय में वरिष्ट रेडियोलॉजिस्ट व संयुक्त निदेशक डॉ. केसी पंत को मुख्य चिकित्साधीक्षक नियुक्त किया गया।डॉ पंत ने विधिवत सीएमएस का कार्यभार किया ग्रहण।उनकी नियुक्ति पर अस्पताल के चिकित्सकों, जनप्रतिनिधियों व स्थानीय लोगों ने बधाई दी।
उप जिला चिकित्सालय खटीमा की सीएमएस डॉक्टर सुषमा नेगी के रिटायर होने के बाद आखिरकार खटीमा उप जिला चिकित्सालय के वरिष्ठ रेडियोलॉजिस्ट व संयुक्त निदेशक स्वास्थ्य विभाग डॉ के सी पंत को स्वास्थ्य विभाग के द्वारा सीएमएस खटीमा बनाया गया है। बुधवार को डॉक्टर के पंत ने खटीमा की ओर जिला चिकित्सालय के मुख्य चिकित्सा अधीक्षक का पदभार ग्रहण किया।

मुख्य चिकित्साधीक्षक नियुक्त किये जाने के बाद गुरूवार को डॉ. पंत ने पदभार ग्रहण कर किया। पदभार ग्रहण करने के बाद अस्पताल स्टाफ ने डॉ. पंत का माल्यार्पण कर स्वागत किया। डॉ. पंत ने कहा कि अस्पताल आये मरीजो को बेहतर सुविधा दिलाना व चिकित्सकों व स्टाफ को साथ लेकर अस्पताल की बेहतरी के प्रयास उनकी प्रथामिकता होगी।विदित हो कि 30 अप्रैल को उप जिला चिकित्सालय की सीएमसी डॉ. सुषमा नेगी के सेवानिवृत्त होने के बाद डॉ ठाकुर को प्रभारी सीएमएस नियुक्त किया गया था।

15 मई को डॉ. केसी पंत को नये सीएमएस बनाये जाने के आदेश मिलते ही अस्पताल में बधाई देने वालों का तांता लग गया। बधाई देने वालो में डॉ. वीपी सिंह, डॉ. मनी पुनियानी, डॉ, असद अब्बास, डॉ. मिथुन विश्वास, डॉ, सिमरनजीत सिंह, डॉ. निशिकांत, डॉ. ममता सिंह. चीफ फार्मेसिस्ट आरएस रौतेला, केएस बल्दिया, नवल किशोर गोस्वामी, एचसी सती, मंजू आर्या, पवन कुमार, अखिलेश आदि थे।
